Mary Kay

2023 – Current

As a member of the U.S. creative team, I meet a variety of copywriting needs for Mary Kay. I am responsible for creating digital content for website ads, email marketing, social media, and product descriptions as well as helping to develop creative advertising campaigns for the brand. I regularly collaborate with my team and clients while managing multiple projects and working under deadlines.    

Cheil

2022 – 2023

During my time at Cheil, I had the opportunity to work on two teams for our primary client, Samsung. My role involved product marketing for watches, tablets, and earbuds, as well as crafting CRM emails for the brand. I closely collaborated with my teams and clients to convert creative briefs for various copywriting needs such as native copy, email, online ads, and toolkit messaging for the brand.

While at the University of North Texas, I was booked and busy, to say the least. Not only was I able to further enrich my love for storytelling and research while pursuing my B.A.s in Journalism with a Concentration in Advertising and History, but I also participated in multiple extracurriculars: President of the student-run advertising agency SWOOP, President of Ad Club, feature writer for the North Texas Daily, and Vice President of Creative for the AAF Student Competition — where I was awarded “Boldest Idea” for our campaign on Meta Quest.
